VoIP Desk Phone Basics
Important: If you move offices or buildings, contact AGRI Tech to update your phone location
profile. The location profile is used to determine your 911 emergency response location.
If you use a softphone (mobile or computer app), please use your regular cell phone to call 911. Location services are not guaranteed using the apps.
Sign in to your Desk Phone - CCX 400 
- Press Sign In
- Choose "Sign in from another device"
- Go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin and enter code displayed on phone
- Sign in with @uada.edu account
- Wait for setup to complete
