Simple Forwarding - CCX 400 
- Press the profile picture
- Press Settings
- Press Calling
- Turn Call Forwarding on
- Press "Forward to" to select the forward destination
Advanced Forwarding
Advanced forwarding, including Simultaneous Ring and Call Group forwarding should be done through Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams. Contact AGRI Tech for assistance with advanced forwarding if needed.
